The Cedar Hill Recreation Center is a 2006 Athletic Business Facility of Merit Award winning facility. The center is 54,000 SF and its amenities include a two-court gymnasium, fitness room, aerobics room, walking/jogging track, multi-purpose meeting space as well as catering kitchen and lounge areas.
Ballard*King & Associates received an Athletic Business 2006 Facility of Merit Award for recognition of an outstanding sports/recreation facility, for the Cedar Hill Recreation Center.
Ballard*King & Associates provided stakeholder meetings, community input, programming assistance and market analysis for this award winning center. We are currently working on a feasibility study for the addition of an indoor aquatic component to the center.
