The City of Orlando looked to develop a more thoroughly integrated master plan for their recreation and parks department through this study.

B*K was responsible for the analysis of recreation programs and services, inventory of current facilities and identification of service gaps, maintenance operations and staffing patterns within the department and determination of core service offerings and consistency throughout the department.
