Wartburg-Waverly Sports & Wellness Center also known as “The W” was a joint project between Wartburg College and the City of Waverly. The 200, 000 SF center is one of the largest NCAA Division III facilities of its kind, offering comprehensive amenities for college recreational programs and intercollegiate athletics. This joint project at the same time provides Waverly residents with one of the finest community wellness centers in the Midwest.

Some of the amenities for the “W” include natatorium, gymnasiums, walk/jog track, wrestling room, racquetball courts, aerobics and fitness spaces.

B*K provided limited planning for this joint community/college recreation facility.
