Hammond Park, an already developed active-use park in the City of Sandy Springs, was ear-marked for renovation. The renovation was to the existing field space in the park and to re-develop/expand the current indoor facility offerings in the park to include; gymnastics, aquatics, gymnasium space, indoor track and meeting rooms.
B*K’s scope of services for this project included a market review, an inventory of existing aquatic facilities in the market, and an operations analysis.
