As a part of this parks and recreation master plan B*K was responsible for establishing recreation program and service delivery priorities, the identification of active recreation facility needs and the establishment of a fee policy for services.
B*K’s scope of services included the following: recreation facilities inventory, recreation programs inventory, user fee analysis, review of Level Of Service standards, analysis of connectivity and gaps in service, action plan assistance, establish fee philosophy, and budget forecast.
