B*K was the lead firm on an initial study for an indoor and outdoor aquatic center that would also contain other indoor recreation amenities. It was later determined that the project would only include the aquatic elements and an update to the study was completed to reflect the new facility. B*K’s role was to provide market analysis, public input, a determination of the key amenities to include in the facility, and an operations plan for the center.
