The City of Kansas City, as part of their master plan, identified the need for indoor services and facilities in the Northeast portion of Kansas City. The project team was tasked with engaging the public and determining not only the need but the ability to support an indoor facility if it was added to the overall recreation center inventory of the City of Kansas City.
As part of the project team, B*K was tasked with; reviewing existing information, developing a comprehensive market analysis, assisting with the public input process, making program recommendations, and conducting a full operational analysis of the proposed center.
