Mozingo Lake Recreation Park is a large (800+ acre) park that contains both passive and active elements. In addition to the park property, there are adjacent spaces that are used by Northwest Missouri State.

B*K’s scope of services for this project was to tour the park with representatives of RDG to get an idea of the size and services offered. From there, a competitive analysis was completed on the various elements of the park, and potential future elements. The analysis focused on trends with various activities and also on the regional nature of the various components. Finally, an operational opinion was provided for the various components.
