B*K in partnership with a local architectural firm, completed a plan for the redevelopment of the Lucas County Recreation Center, which is an outdoor park area that includes the old Toledo Mudhens Baseball ballpark, Lucas County Fairgrounds, an outdoor aquatics area, softball complex and other amenities. Several plans were developed that dramatically changed the components and lay-out of the park. B*K completed the programming and operations options for the facility.
