The Jefferson City Parks, Recreation & Forestry Department partnered with local HBCU, Lincoln University. The facility is located on Lincoln’s campus and is designed to fulfill the athletic, academic and recreation needs of the student body. At the same time it will provide recreation opportunities for the residents of Jefferson City and provide much needed gymnasium space to the community.
B*K’s scope of services included the development of a memo of understanding, creating of a staffing plan (full-time and part-time) along with the development of an operations plan and initial budget for the facility.
