Kent State Recreational Services is the primary provider of indoor and outdoor recreation and intramural activities for the students at Kent State. At the same time they are a primary provider of indoor recreation opportunities for the residents of the City of Kent.
As B*K undertook the development of a business plan for Recreational Services they were tasked at reviewing previous plans, envisioning future collaborations, discussing retention possibilities, while at the same time maintaining the vision of recreational services. The resulting plan provides recreational services a flexible roadmap into the future to maintain their success on and off campus.
