As part of a larger study, B*K was contracted to provide benchmark analysis with 3 other organizations and their aquatic facilities. As part of the study, B*K worked with the operators of the identified facilities and gathered information about the surrounding communities along with facility operation information. This information was then included in a benchmarking report for the City of Joplin which they could then use as a guide in determining the future direction of aquatics within their community.
