The City of Hillsboro hired the team of Opsis Architecture and B*K to complete a Recreation Facilities Master Plan.
B*K’s scope of services for this master planning process included: a needs analysis for future recreation buildings and programs, projected demographics and economics of the community, establishing goals for delivering recreation programming, determining the development and operational costs for new facilities along with appropriate cost expectations, identifying general site locations and spatial needs and finally engaging current/future stakeholders and partners.
