Greenwood Memorial Pool was closed because the facility was no longer functional, nor safe for public participation. B*K, as part of the project team, was tasked with determining the best use for the property.
B*K’s scope of services focused on completing a market assessment and providing recommendations to BH+A about future uses. B*K then developed a comparative operation plan looking at the various recommendations provided to BH+A.
