The City of Bartow currently operates 2 outdoor aquatic facilities and engaged B*K to study those facilities and their future feasibility.
As part of the overall scope of services, B*K was involved with; physical assessment of the current facilities and their operations, market analysis to include identification of alternative service providers, public input process, and operations analysis based upon the architectural renderings of renovated and new facilities.
