B*K’s scope of services included providing operating costs and revenue projections for a new student recreation facility. From this early work, a larger more complete study was conducted several years later by an architectural firm, resulting in the construction of the Aebersold Student Recreation Center (ARC).
The ARC is an 82, 000 SF facility that includes a pool, walking track, climbing wall, and fitness center as well as basketball & volleyball courts.
