The department of Parks, Recreation & Forestry in Jefferson City, through their non-profit fund raising arm, contracted directly with B*K to provide a comprehensive feasibility study. The focus of the study was to determine the need, want and viability of an indoor multi-purpose recreation center within Jefferson City.
B*K’s scope of services included; gather and review existing information, market analysis, public input, partnership meetings, program development, and operations analysis for subsequent programs. In addition, ETC Institute was contracted to provide a statistically valid survey as another layer of the public input process.
