Wheaton Park District operates two outdoor pools. Rice Pool & Water Park is the older of the two facilities and has experienced decreasing levels of cost recovery. B*K working alongside WTI provided the Park District with renovation recommendations with the goal of maximizing the return on investment.
B*K’s scope of services included; market assessment, facility assessment, conducting focus groups and providing the Park District with return on investment for each level of renovation.
