The City of Eugene operates a total of 3 aquatic facilities. The two indoor aquatic facilities were of significant age while the outdoor pool had undergone significant renovation. The goal of the operational audit was to assess the state of aquatics within the City of Eugene and how they should staff, program, and potentially improve their aquatic operations and facilities.
The scope of services that B*K provided to the City of Eugene included: the on-site assessment of facilities, on-site engagement with full-time and seasonal staff, a market overview, benchmark of 4 communities along with a final report and recommendations.
