Part of the City of Missions reputation of having a great parks and recreation department is their outdoor pool facility. As that facility is aging the City choose to undertake a study to determine the future viability of the current facility and what a new or renovated facility might look like.
As part of a larger project team B*K’s scope of services included; market analysis and identification of other service providers, public input processes, facility recommendations and operations analysis of a renovated and new aquatic facility.
