The Kroc Center Hawaii has been in operation for over a year and contracted with B*K to provide an operational audit of the aquatic portion of their operation.
The Hawaii Kroc Center aquatic facility is comprised of a 14-lane 25Y competition pool with a 1-M and 3-M springboard and an in water rock wall. In addition to the competition pool there is a leisure pool with a zero-depth entry, play structure with dumping bucket, current channel, 3 lap lanes and 2 water slides. Finally there is a hot tub which will accommodate up to 15 people.
The focus of the operational audit that B*K completed included review of; staffing, risk management, programming, maintenance, daily duties, standard operating procedures and budget.
