Components of this 200-acre park complex included both active sports elements, (baseball and softball fields) specialized facilities such as a skateboard park, and an outdoor water park, plus an indoor recreation center. The project team developed a schematic design for the complex, assessing the need for various components, and completed an operations assessment for the facility.
