B*K teamed with RDG Planning & Design on a joint project for the Ames Healthy Life Center. This was a collaborative venture with the City of Ames, Ames School District, Mary Greeley Medical Center, Iowa State University and Heartland Senior Services. B*K’s scope of work included the following: market analysis, operational costs, maintenance and replacement plan for components, allocation of operational cost to partners, fees, revenue projections and recovery, community input, a final presentation to joint meeting.
