B*K worked with Parsons Brinkerhoff to investigated the feasibility of Colusa County taking over the operation and maintenance of Stony Gorge and East Park Reservoirs from the Bureau of Reclamation. Opportunities and constraints of taking over the operations and maintenance for the reservoirs were assessed. B*K developed demographic information of users and provided recommendations for preliminary operational impact.
