The City of Concord is scheduled to take ownership of over 175 acres that was formerly a military base. This provides the City with a unique opportunity to develop a tournament sports complex. The anticipated focus of the complex would be to serve the needs of the local community and attract local, regional, and national events.
B*K’s role in the project included; completing a market assessment, participating in public input sessions, interviewing potential facility operators, developing an operational plan for the various layouts, and provide an economic impact statement for the facility.
