This 55, 000 SF recreation center includes a leisure and lap pool. The leisure pool has a zero depth entry, water slide, water mushroom, and bubble jets. The lap pool is 4 x 25 M for competitive swim, as well as water volleyball or water polo games. In addition to the water features, the center has an 8, 000 SF fitness center with weight and aerobic areas, a gymnasium, walk/jog track, game room and meeting/classrooms.
In 2004, B*K provided New Holland with a scope of services including a project overview, programming, market analysis and operations pro-forma. In 2007 additional operations consulting was provided to update the earlier analysis.
