New Port Richey has a recreation center that in previous years has been recognized as part of the Athletic Business Architectural Showcase. Despite this recognition of the structure, the facility operated at a significant deficit which was the impetus of the study B*K was hired to complete.
As part of the scope of services, B*K conducted stakeholder meetings, a review of goals, a market analysis, focus group meetings, user fee and operation analysis, and an implementation strategy for recommendations.
