The City of O’Fallon had previously engaged an architect to discuss a variety of components that could be included in a community recreation center. The focus of B*K’s work was to conduct a feasibility study for a community center. The result of the study was to evaluate the list of components that had been provided by the architect.
B*K’s scope of services included; market assessment, partnership assessment, public input, public meetings, facility component recommendations, staffing plan and operational analysis.
