The effort to complete the feasibility study was led by the Town of Frisco, but also had participation from the Town of Breckenridge, Town of Silverthorne, and Summit County. The focus of the study was to determine if there was a need for a fieldhouse in the county, determine what would be included in the facility, and finally the cost to construct and the cost to operate.
In this 3 phase study B*K’s scope of services included a market analysis, on-site focus groups and stakeholder interviews, presentation of data, recommendations of facility components, and development of an operational plan.
