The City of Tracy was approached by a private developer with a concept for developing a joint aquatic and recreation center. The Parks & Recreation Department then contracted with B*K to complete an independent third-party analysis of the proposal.
B*K’s scope of services included review of existing study, area analysis and descriptive area, market analysis, subject usage levels, financial analysis and a final report.
