As part of the overall project team, B*K was responsible for providing the following services for the City of Warrenton: market analysis, citizen participation plan, and program assistance.
As part of the citizen participation plan, B*K sub-contracted with ETC Institute/Leisure Vision to conduct a statistically valid survey of City of Warrenton residents.
In the fall of 2011, B*K was asked by the City of Warrenton to revise the feasibility study and take the process one step further with a full operations analysis of the potential facility.
