Ballard*King & Associates completed a feasibility study for a proposed multi-sport and ice facility. The study was funded through a grant from the U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development. Key components of the study included a market analysis of the Riverton area, stakeholder engagement to identify community recreation needs, development of a recommended facility program, conceptual floor plans, construction and site cost estimates, an operational pro forma, and an economic impact assessment.
