Ballard*King and Associates was an integral part of the project team for the master plan. B*K focused on completing a demographic analysis of the town; reviewing operations and maintenance of existing parks, recreation facilities, and trails; completing a staffing analysis; reviewing existing recreation programs and services; and current funding sources. Utilizing extensive community input, B*K formulated future needs and directions in each of these areas and developed an action plan for implementation.
