Beach Cities Health District (BCHD) provides a variety of services to the communities they serve. As part of their overall master plan process an indoor aquatic center was recommended.
BCHD issued a RFP for aquatic consultant services and hired B*K to complete the scope of work. The scope of work included; market assessment, public participation, facility recommendations, and operational planning. B*K worked with Aquatic Design to provide a floor plan and cost ranges for the development of the project.
