Working with Cannon Architecture B*K assisted in the completion of a feasibility study for a new and/or renovated recreation center in the City of Brentwood.
A key component of the feasibility study was assessing the current and future use of the existing ice arena in Brentwood. The facility has particular sentimental value to the community and as such serves as a quasi-landmark. How to reuse the current facility or what would be done with that facility if vacated became a key question in the process.
As part of the overall feasibility study process B*K’s scope of services included the following: conducting focus group meetings, market analysis, program development, partnerships, and the completion of an operations analysis.
