The Brush Creek Municipal Utility District, a suburb of Austin, investigated services and facilities currently being offered by their Recreation Department. A key issue surrounding the District was the potential addition of a neighborhood aquatic facility to the South. The existing facilities that B*K evaluated were; Brushy Creek Community Center, Creekside Pool, Sendero Springs Pool and Cat Hollow Pool. The findings of the study provided the District with direction for the next 5-10 years.

B*K’s scope of services included; identification of market areas and subsequent demographic data, identification of alternative service providers, review of current offerings and service gaps, and budget review of current facilities and programs along with potential future impacts.
