The City of Carroll currently operates an indoor community recreation center that includes; meeting rooms, group exercise spaces, a theater, 24 hour fitness area, 2 gymnasiums, and a pool.  The focus of the study was to determine the future of the gymnasium spaces, renovation of aquatics, and exploring the possibility of a future field house.

B*K completed a market assessment, participated in focus groups, made facility recommendations, and developed an operational plan.
