  Ballard*King provided a feasibility study for the Cedar Valley Sportsplex.

• Center of Clayton Clayton, MO

  The Center of Clayton was designed to bring opportunities for diverse recreational activities to the citizens of Clayton and the surrounding area. People of all ages and stages of life enjoy this facility.

• Clearfield Aquatic Center Study Clearfield, UT

  With a desire to provide aquatic opportunities for the community, the City and School District pooled their resources to see the Clearfield Aquatic Center become reality.

• Common Ground Community Center Elkhorn, NE

  This facility is a joint venture between the City of Elkhorn and the Elkhorn Public Schools District teaming together to bring a winning center to the community.

• Farmington Youth Services Center Farmington, NM

  The Farmington Youth Services Center is a city owned facility operated by the Boys and Girls Club of Farmington.

• Jim Parsley Community Center Vancouver, WA

  The Jim Parsley Community Center was built by the Vancouver School District and houses several organizations working together to assist families and children. The recreation center offers fitness and wellness programs as well as a free clinic.

• Medina Recreation Center/High School Medina, OH

  The Medina Recreation Center was a joint project between the Medina City Schools and the City of Medina.

• Missoula Aquatic Facilities Missoula, MT

  Missoula can be proud of the success they have achieved with their dream to build two exciting water parks called "Splash Montana" and "The Lake." With the collaboration of local government and citizens, including swim advocates who organized as Swim Missoula, Inc. to raise money for part of the project their vision for this exciting facility has come to fruition.

• NIBCO Water & Ice Park Elkhart, IN

  The City of Elkhart's NIBCO Water & Ice Park was designed to provide ice-skating during the winter months and in-line skating during the summer months.

• Osborn Aquatic Center Corvallis, OR

  The Osborn Aquatic Center is a joint facility between the Corvallis School District and the City of Corvallis. The center includes an outdoor leisure pool, as well as 50-meter indoor competitive pool.

• Rapid City Main Street Square Rapid City, SD

  B*K in conjunction with VenuWorks provided Destination Rapid City with a feasibility study for an outdoor summer events area as well as a winter outdoor skating rink.

• Red Mountain Multigenerational Center Mesa, AZ

  This multi-generation center is a partnership between the City of Mesa and Mesa Seniors Inc. designed to provide a variety of recreation services to citizens of all ages.

• Reynolds Wellness Center Seminole, OK

  Ballard*King as part of a larger team completed for the City of Seminole a feasibility study for a community recreation center.

• Sherwood Regional Family YMCA Sherwood, OR

  The Sherwood Family YMCA was a joint project between the City of Sherwood and the Columbia-Willamette YMCA.

• Wartburg-Waverly Sports & Wellness Center Study Waverly, IA

  Wartburg-Waverly Sports & Wellness Center also known as "The W" was a joint project between Wartburg College and the City of Waverly.

• Whitewater Aquatic & Fitness Center Whitewater, WI

  The Whitewater Aquatic & Fitness Center was a joint effort of the Whitewater Unified School District & the City of Whitewater.

Project Studies

• Adrian Recreation Center Feasibility Study Adrain, MI

  Ballard*King, as part of a larger project team, performed a feasibility study for a joint public and non-profit recreation center.

• Baldwin Recreation Center Feasibility Study Baldwin, KS

  Ballard*King completed a feasibility study that was a joint project between the Baldwin Recreation Commission and the school district.

• Beech Grove Recreation Center Feasibility Study Beech Grove, IN

  Ballard*King provided master planning services and operations assistance for the remodel of an old building on school district property that will be used as a joint recreation and school facility. The project involved joint city and school district planning, project phasing and prioritization, and management needs assessment.

• Custer YMCA Custer, ND

  B*K teamed with an architect is currently working to provide the City of Custer with a feasibility study. This is a joint project with the City and local YMCA.

• Douglas Community Center Feasibility Study Douglas, WY

  Ballard*King completed a feasibility study for a community center. This was done for the Converse School District 1, in conjunction with the City of Douglas, and Douglas County, Wyoming.

• Freeland Community Center Feasibility Study Freeland, MI

  Ballard*King worked with the Freeland Community Sports Association to provide a community center feasibility study.

• Fremont Athletic Complex Master Plan Fremont, NE

  B*K is working with an architect for the Fremont School District on an economic impact study for a Stadium Sports and Recreational Complex.

• Grain Valley Community Campus Master Plan & Feasibility Study Grain Valley, MO

  B*K as part of a larger project team worked with the City of Grain Valley to complete a feasibility study for a community campus.

• Lincoln University-Jefferson City Recreation Center Jefferson City, MO

  The Jefferson City Parks, Recreation & Forestry Department and Lincoln University contracted directly with B*K to provide pre-planning services for their joint use facility.

• Livingston Community Recreation Center Feasibility Study Livingston, MT

  Ballard*King led a team which worked on a community recreation center feasibility study. This was a joint project with the City of Livingston and the Friends of the Community Recreation and Wellness Center.

• Minturn Performance Center Minturn, CO

  Ballard*King provided consulting services to the Town of Minturn to investigate a joint collaboration with Ski & Snowboard Club Vail on a sports and fitness facility - the Human Performance Center.

• Morton & Barbara Mandel Community Center Business Plan Palm Beach, FL

  B*K is working with the Friends of Recreation, Inc. and the Town of Palm Beach on a Community Center Business Plan.

• Olivette Ice Arena Olivette, MO

  B*K completed a market analysis and operations feasibility assessment for the City of Olivette on a proposed joint venture ice center.

• Richardson/Spring Valley Athletic Assoc. Sports Center Feasibility Study Richardson, TX

  B*K is working with an architect to provide a market analysis, stakeholder meetings, programming, partnership framework and operations analysis for a joint project between the City of Richardson and the Spring Valley Athletic Association.

• Rink at the Rock Castle Rock, CO

  Ballard*King was engaged by the City of Castle Rock to review an operations plan for an outdoor ice arena.

• Shaker Heights Recreation/Athletic Needs Study Shaker Heights, OH

  Ballard*King & Associates working in conjunction with a local architectural firm, completed a comprehensive analysis of the recreation/athletic facility needs for the city and school district together.

• Summerville Community Aquatic Center Study Summerville, SC

  B*K completed a feasibility study for the Summerville Family YMCA, on the need for a new indoor aquatic center to be built by the local school district and operated by the YMCA.

• Vancouver Middle School/Sports Center Feasibility Study Vancouver, WA

  Ballard*King, in conjunction with a local architectural firm, worked on the plans for a new joint middle school and community recreation center complex.

• Weatherford Recreation & Aquatic Center Feasibility Study Weatherford, TX

  Teamed with an architect, B*K is working with the City of Weatherford, a local community college, and health care provider to provide a recreation and aquatic center feasibility study.

• West Des Moines Recreation Center Study West Des Moines, IA

  Ballard*King worked with a local architect, to conduct a pre-design feasibility study for a new community recreation center that would be combined with a new 9th grade school. This project involved considerable school district and city planning, a definition of required facility needs and expectations from both entities, the development of program spaces, and an estimate of operating expenses and revenues.

• Widefield School District 3- City of Fountain, Regional Recreation Center Feasibility Study Colorado Springs, CO

  Ballard*King teamed with an architect to provide the Widefield School District 3 and the City of Fountain, with a Regional Recreation Center Feasibility Study.

• Woodland Park Aquatic Project Woodland Park, CO

  Ballard*King provided a review of existing information, demographic analysis, review of program statements, and operational performance analysis for the Woodland Park Aquatic Project.
