This facility was a joint venture between the City of Elkhorn and the Elkhorn Public Schools. These entities teamed together to bring a winning center to the community. Working to achieve a mutual goal, this joint venture brings pride to the community and provides numerous opportunities for youth and adults alike.

Common Ground Community Center is a 60, 000 SF facility with an 8-lane competition swimming pool including two one-meter diving boards. The pool is the home water for the Elkhorn High School swim & dive teams and also is used by the swim club. Priority scheduling of the pool is given to the High School team during the competitive season. The facility also includes fitness equipment, a gymnasium, and special event rental options.
