B*K teamed with AECOM to execute a Recreation Master Plan for the War Memorial Youth Center for the City of Coral Gables. B*K’s scope of work included: facility evaluation and staff meetings,  existing conditions summary, priorities analysis, visioning workshop, implementation workshop, and strategic plan for the War Memorial Youth Center.
