Ballard*King teamed with a local firm to develop a parks and recreation master plan for the city. B*K completed a demographic analysis, an assessment of current parks and facilities plus a review of current programs and services. There was also a review of parks maintenance, department organizational structure, operating budgets and funding sources. From this, recommendations were developed in each of these areas.
