This recreation center was made possible due to the Donald W. Reynolds Foundation grant of $8 million that was awarded to the City of Pauls Valley. This grant allowed the City to construct the 36, 540 sq. ft. recreation center. The recreation center includes the following spaces: fitness area, gymnasium with three basketball courts, walk/jog track, multi-purpose room, birthday party room, aerobics/dance room, childcare room, and indoor playground. This is truly a community center to be enjoyed by all.
B*K’s scope of work for this facility included a market analysis, operations pro-forma, programming, public input, and a third-party review.
