The Farmington Community Hockey Legacy Fund, an arm of the Farmington Youth Hockey Association, hired Ballard*King to conduct the first phase of an ice rink feasibility study. The study consisted of evaluating the market; determining local demand for ice time; meeting and obtaining information from stakeholders including other alternate providers, hockey associations and the City of Farmington; and analyzing participation and data. The study provided the Farmington Community Hockey Legacy Fund with information to make the best decisions for their organization in pursuing additional ice time.
