The City of Fulton Parks & Recreation programs and services were outgrowing their facilities. As such the City was able to pay a 1/2 cent sales tax to fund new facilities in the community. The two most desired amenities were a community recreation center and a sports complex, with a focus on baseball/softball.
B*K’s scope of services included; completion of a market assessment, participation in focus groups, recommendations for indoor and outdoor facility components, and development of an operational plan for both facilities.
