As a project team member, Ballard*King assisted with the development of a feasibility study for an indoor sports complex that would be located at Wake Park in Greeley, CO.
B*K’s role in the project included: assist with defining service areas, developing a demographic profile of the service areas, creating participation data, providing program and facility trend data, assist with stakeholder interviews, assist with the development of the facility program, provide operational plans for two draft facility programs, and refinement of the facility program and final operational plan.
