The City of Doral’s JC Bermudez Park is an 81-acre park with a 21-acre lake. B*K completed a feasibility study to look at adding various components to the park. The option being considered were an 80,000 SF recreation center, outdoor aquatic center, tennis center, amphitheater and stadium.
