B*K completed work on this important park for the City of Key West. A portion of the Truman Annex Navy Base was returned to the City for the development of an active and passive-use park for the benefit of residents and the many visitors to the area. B*K assisted with the determination of key elements to include in the park as well as projecting the anticipated cost of operating and maintaining the facility and the potential revenue levels.
