B*K is currently completing work on this important new park for the City of Key West. A portion of the Truman Annex Navy Base has been returned to the City for the development of an active and passive use park for the benefit of residents and the many visitors to the area. B*K has assisted with the determination of key elements to include in the park as well as projecting the anticipated cost of operating and maintaining the facility and the potential revenue levels.
