Ballard*King & Associates was part of a larger project team that developed a master plan for the existing Lake Arbor Center. The center is a neighborhood park that includes a small indoor facility, outdoor pool and tennis courts. The project is a partnership with the city and APEX Parks and Recreation District. B*K was responsible for developing an analysis of the existing center, its amenities and programs, completing a market analysis, assisting with recommendations for improved or new amenities, and developing an operations plan for the new center. .
