The MSTC is a private development with a focus on indoor batting cages, indoor pitching/hitting cages, and indoor infield turf area.
The initial scope of services that B*K completed included a review of the MSTC business plan. This included the review of the market, review of initial use agreements, and review of operational projections. MSTC then asked B*K to develop a new set of operational figures using their information and B*K’s familiarity with the market and project type.
